Joy Richmond, President

Joy Richmond attended Waubonsee, Northern Illinois University & Devry University and carries an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. In addition to being a full-time mom of four she has managed the offices of The Bilmar Group, Inc since 1986. Joy is skilled at accounting, scheduling, accounts payables, accounts receivables and handles the processing of AIA Construction Documents for the company.

Recently, Joy has branched out in a new direction that will bring even more depth of service to the Bilmar Group!  She has joined the Fox Valley Office of Baird & Warner Real Estate as a fully licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Military on the Move Broker.  She is excited to find the perfect property that meets your every need. Mark Richmond, Vice President

Mark Richmond is a 1978 graduate of North Central College. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business. He began his career as a residential home builder in 1978.  In 1981, Mark and his father launched their own residential construction company. This start-up quickly gained momentum and was incorporated as The Bilmar Group by 1985. Over 30 years later Mark continues to work alongside his father meeting the demands of the ever changing construction industry. He has vast experience in bidding, blue print comprehension, project management, project consultation, construction management and carpentry.

William (Bill) L. Richmond, President Emeritus

William (Bill) L. Richmond is a US Air Force Veteran with specialization in communications and security. He had decades of management and ownership experience. His leadership inspired and encouraged a strong work ethic and personal motivation in colleagues and employees. While he is no long actively working with the Bilmar Group, his legacy will continue to mark our work in the years to come.
